Sheldon Oppermann

CFO & General Counsel, Timber + Partners

Sheldon is the CFO and General Counsel for Timber + Partners. He has over 24 years of experience in commercial office and multifamily property and asset management, construction, and real estate development. He is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, Certified Property Manager (CPM-IREM), and Real Property Administrator (RPA – BOMI). Sheldon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School as well as an MBA and BS in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He leads Timber + Partners’ finance, insurance, and advocacy efforts. (Timber + Partners is a Mass Timber-specific development company offshoot of New Land Enterprises which developed, currently owns, and manages Ascent, the world’s tallest mass timber hybrid materials structure.)
