
Peter Reiss, AIA, LEED AP
Principal, ARC
Peter Reiss, AIA, LEED AP, is an architect and principal with Boston-based design firm ARC. His work focuses on the planning and design of education spaces, including music and arts facilities that help fulfill his clients’ goals to engage students in experiential learning and activities. Trained in both the fine arts and architecture, Peter is energized by the creative collaborations needed to produce successful learning outcomes and enhance student health and wellness. Peter earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. He is also a graduate of LaGuardia High School for the Arts in New York City. His recent projects include ARC’s arts expansion initiative for The Ding Music Hall for Peddie School, the Hess Center for the Arts for Deerfield Academy, and the new American Repertory Theater (A.R.T) for Harvard University, in collaboration with architects Haworth Tompkins.
