Martin Lettenmeier

President Mass Timber Division & Chief Innovation Officer, Blueprint

Martin has over 20 years of experience in integrated offsite construction and held numerous positions while working for a German offsite manufacturer. Starting as an apprentice in 1996, he worked his way from Carpenter, Foreman and Site Supervisor before joining the University of Rosenheim in Germany. He graduated in 2004 with dual degrees: a state certified technician in timber frame construction and a carpenter.

Martin’s experience, particularly with startup companies and his competence with Dietrich’s software ultimately brought him to Blueprint Robotics in 2016. In 2019, he was promoted to Vice President of Innovation and Technology and from 2021 – 2024, her served as COO for the company, handling all daily operations. In 2024, Martin was named Chief Innovation Officer and President Mass Timber Division.
