Jeff Spiritos is the principal of Spiritos Properties LLC, a commercial and residential developer that builds, advocates for, and consults on mass timber/passive house projects throughout the Northeast US. Projects include 340+ Dixwell and Acme Timber Lofts in New Haven, Ct, and 79 King Street in Northampton, Mass. Spiritos has a BSCE from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, is a markets team member of NEFF’s USDA’s AMP Program and is the chair of the Council for Vertical Urbanism (CVU) tall timber and timber hybrid committees.

Mass Timber+ is bringing together top architects, engineers, contractors, owners, developers, and manufacturers from the integrated offsite construction industry for the purpose of creating a beneficial platform for education, innovation, networking, and policy discussions.
