David Robb

Project Preconstruction Manager, Turner Construction

David Robb has been with Turner for 14 years. He has worked on jobsites as well as his current role as Project Preconstruction Manager. He has particular expertise in strategizing ways to reduce projects’ overall embodied carbon impact through material selection while minimizing cost premiums or schedule delays. He is motivated by innovative sustainable materials, emerging technology and methods and seeks opportunities to implement them on projects. Recent success includes piloting low carbon concrete solutions and performing cost analysis studies on different structure types that led to a project opting for a mass timber design in lieu of structural steel. When not working he is an avid runner and enjoys spending time with family and friends. David holds a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
