Dave Beck

Co-Founder, XL Construction

A co-founder of XL Construction, Dave Beck inspires the highest levels of project execution, client satisfaction, and sustainability. He has overseen XL’s largest design-build mass timber projects and is a recognized expert in mass timber construction. Dave is actively involved with TimberQuest™ and Elevated Construction Services, XL’s prefabricated and self-perform subsidiaries. He has presented at the International Mass Timber and Advancing Mass Timber Conferences, been published in Building Design + Construction, and serves as an educator for The Wood Institute. Dave holds a BS in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C).
