Hardy Wentzel is a values-driven leader and proven front-runner in the wood products industry, with nearly four decades of global, executive experience in Europe, the U.S. and Canada and a passion for bringing to market transformative wood building solutions.

Having served in key positions in some of the industry’s largest companies, his experience includes Chief Executive Officer of Structurlam Mass Timber Corporation. There, he led the company from a regional, British Columbia-based business to North American Mass Timber leader through revenue growth, greater market presence and tripling the company’s manufacturing capacity.

He has also served as Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Logistics for Tolko Inc., Vice President and General Manager of Weyerhaeuser – Canada, USA, Europe, and General Manager for Trus Joist European Operations.

Hardy is the CEO and Founder of Think Mass Timber, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, business development, manufacturing and marketing within the Mass Timber industry.
