As a Senior Vice President and Partner at Leggat McCall Properties, Addie is responsible for the firm’s multifamily and mixed-use investments. She has been responsible for over $1B in multifamily ground-up development activity in the Boston market since 2008, performing all aspects of the development cycle including sourcing, permitting, capital raising, financing, design and construction oversight, marketing and leasing oversight, and disposition.

She is the Project Executive for the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment, an approximately $1.7B redevelopment of 1,100 existing, severely depreciated public housing units into a 2,699-unit mixed-income community on ~ 24 acres in Charlestown. Addie currently serves as Vice Chair of the Carlisle, MA Planning Board.
